TYPES OF COOKIES THAT MAY BE USED BY THE ENTITY

1-. According to the entity managing them:

  • First-party cookies: These are cookies sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the group and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
  • Third-party cookies: These are cookies sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed or not managed by the group, where a third party processes the data obtained through the cookies.

2-. According to the length of time they remain active on the terminal device:

  • Session cookies: These are cookies designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website or application. They are used to store information that is only relevant for providing the service requested by the user on a single occasion.
  • Persistent cookies: These are cookies in which the data remains stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the group, ranging from a few minutes to several years.

3-. According to the purpose for which the data obtained through cookies is processed:

  • Technical cookies: These are cookies that allow the user to navigate through a website, platform, or application and use the different options or services available on it.
  • Personalization cookies: These are cookies that allow the user to access the service with certain predefined general characteristics based on a series of criteria on the user’s terminal (for example, language, browser type used to access the service, regional settings from which the service is accessed, etc.).
  • Analytics cookies: These are cookies that allow the monitoring and analysis of user behavior on the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookie is used to measure website, application, or platform activity and to create browsing profiles of users of those sites, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of service usage data. The Entity does not integrate this type of cookie into the web services provided to users.
  • Behavioral advertising cookies: These are cookies that allow the most efficient management possible of advertising spaces that may have been included on a website, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information about users’ behavior obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, allowing a specific profile to be developed in order to display advertising based on those habits. The Entity does not integrate this type of cookie into the web services provided to users.

Additionally, the Entity uses the Google Analytics analytical service for its applications and services, solely for the purpose of providing activity reports.
