    We developed a creative concept to connect with different users. We created a unique digital environment, where individual and group goals are transferred according to profiles and roles. Users and their managers can track the achievement of their KPIs, rankings, and points obtained. The points can be exchanged in a personalised rewards catalogue for each Contact Centre and region.

  • Solution: Promotional campaign based on the delivery of redeemable codes for dental cheques to SegurCaixa Adeslas clients. The platform centralises management, distribution and tracking, enabling the activation of loyalty-focused communications.
  • Results: Average annual dispatch of 9,850 codes over the last four years, fostering user recurrence and loyalty.

Training Programme, Engagement and Gamification
  • Objective To drive training, engagement, and motivation for call centre teams collaborating with Mutua Madrileรฑa, ensuring a consistent level of knowledge, brand messaging, and commitment to improve service quality.
  • Solution: Programa Mutuamente, a space designed to empower continuous learning for insurance agents. It integrates dynamic content, challenges, personalised itineraries, and internal campaigns. It includes progress tracking tools, interaction spaces, communication modules, and analytics that allow for measuring impact and optimising the experience.
  • Results: 99% active users
    • + 50,000 Courses initial assessments carried out, in which 66.981% of users achieved the highest score

Triodos Bank - Active Listening and Customer Experience Project

Customer Listening and Experience Project

  • Objective Listening to and understanding the customer experience to identify opportunities for improvement and reinforce a closer, more human, and consistent relationship with Triodos Bank's values.
  • Solution: We designed and supported Triodos Bank in implementing a system for active listening and continuous measurement of customer experience, combining surveys at key points in the customer lifecycle with qualitative analysis and actionable insights. In a second phase, we extended the work to the business segment through in-person meetings with clients to identify areas for improvement.
  • Results: The initiative was very well received, highlighting the value of these client engagement spaces, and it enabled the acquisition of qualitative insights and actionable proposals for improving the experience.

To motivate Iberdrola's 2,500 Contact Centre agents in Spain and Chile, they tasked us with designing an incentive plan to boost sales and brand engagement.

We created the concept โ€˜You make us greatโ€™ and turned it into a dynamic platform where agents could track their goals, see their ranking position, accumulate points, and redeem them for prizes, thereby fostering competitiveness and a spirit of self-improvement.

SegurCaixa Adeslas

SegurCaixa Adeslas commissioned us to develop a programme to retain and foster loyalty among their customers through personalised campaigns across 13 websites. We implemented communications via SMS, email, and personalised videos, along with renewal incentives and anniversary gifts.

We impacted over 200,000 customers, sending more than 109,000 communications and making 30,000 phone calls, strengthening brand commitment and trust.

Mutua Madrileรฑa

Mutua Madrileรฑa asked us to create a platform to communicate with and train 550 external agents in motor, home, accident, and life insurance, with the aim of improving quality, sales, and protocols.

We developed โ€˜Mutuamenteโ€™, an accessible and gamified space that facilitated training and access to documentation. Furthermore, it allowed us to measure knowledge and act on critical points, making training more effective and enjoyable, which increased the quality and efficiency of work.

We helped Game Stores Iberia with an innovative way to motivate their sales teams and reinforce the learning of their 1,000 employees through GAME Stories: a communication format integrated into their employee portal, based on agile content and gamified dynamics that keep the entire network connected, informed, and motivated. Through these stories, teams access continuous training, company news, and product content, driving constant learning and pride of belonging.

Fluidra

Fluidra asked us to create a Christmas gift campaign for their 7,000 employees that promoted diversity and inclusion, replacing the traditional hamper with a digital gift card valid at physical and online stores with VISA.

We designed the communication strategy, a teaser video, press releases, and managed the distribution of codes and customer service. In this way, we modernised the Christmas gift and reinforced Fluidra's values, giving each employee freedom of choice.

Triodos Bank - Active Listening and Customer Experience Project

Since 2021, we have been collaborating with Triodos Bank on an active listening and customer experience project, with the aim of gaining an in-depth understanding of the needs and expectations of their private and business customers, thereby strengthening the relationship from an ethical banking perspective. We designed a listening programme based on surveys at key moments in the customer lifecycle, later extended to various channels (app, branches, contact centre), with a differential focus on qualitative analysis and the generation of actionable insights.

In 2025, we took a further step by energising face-to-face meetings with business clients, in a breakfast format, to generate open conversations that foster continuous improvement. Through this methodology, Triodos transforms each interaction into an opportunity to offer more human banking, consistent with its values and focused on what truly matters to its clients.
